      <image:title>About - What is Fascia?</image:title>
<image:caption>Fascia is a living, three-dimensional web that weaves through the entire body, from head to toe. It surrounds and connects everything—muscles, bones, nerves, and organs—reaching into every muscle fiber and down to the cellular level. Nothing in the body stands alone; everything is held in relationship through this continuous, intelligent network. Fascia is often compared to a spider’s web, the threads of a sweater, or the delicate layers of an orange—thin, interconnected sheets that both separate and unite, creating a whole from many parts. A pull in one place can be felt in another, like a ripple traveling through the web. When healthy, fascia is soft, fluid, and responsive—able to stretch, adapt, and move with ease. In this state, the body finds alignment, balance, and the freedom to function as it was designed.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Your Therapist - Denise Lefebvre, LMT</image:title>
<image:caption>Denise Lefebvre, LMT, discovered her passion for hands on healing at a young age after finding relief from chronic headaches through chiropractic soft-tissue work when other treatments failed. Inspired by this experience, she pursued a career in hands on healing and graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health in 2003. After working in rehabilitation clinics and spas, Denise opened her own practice in 2006. While she has trained in a variety of modalities—including CranioSacral Therapy, Thai Massage in Thailand, and yoga—her primary focus is Myofascial Release. Since beginning her studies with master practitioner John F. Barnes in 2009, she has completed over 20 advanced trainings and developed a deep expertise in this transformative approach. Denise creates a compassionate, peaceful, and non-judgmental space in her Winter Park office, where Myofascial Release is at the heart of her work. Her passion for healing extends beyond the treatment room—she is devoted to lifelong learning, exploring the natural world, and deepening her understanding of consciousness.</image:caption>
